I did some maintenance on that glass in the Britoil sept 92
Was nearly my last day ever one of the sliding units on the upper floors kinda unhitched itself and fell on me my apprentice and my ladder.
Erm they now paint that bolt red
They heard mine and the apprentices screams in Renfrew
It could have been costly but thank god for RhinoGlas Though my gaffer was bealin cos i had to be rescued by secretaries. _________________ MY FLICKR

Hi cybers lucky escape right enough.
I am not good at heights, I had to be taken down from Crane Girders in Clydebridge Steel works years ago.
When I got down it didnt look that high, that was my last site visit
I wasnt so much the height it was walking along the girder for about 20 feet with nothing to hold on to I was fine prior to that .
