Site is back up and on reading it would appear that cameras are a big no-no, especially on the roof. As a photographer, it certainly is less appealing to me if I cannot take pics ... there were no such issues when I was in the Clyde Tunnel for the anniversary thing last year

Q. Can I take photos?

A. If on the roof, cameras and mobile phone usage are explicitly banned due to the risk of falling objects. Photos may be taken in some areas of the basement, but only at the agreement of the tour guide.

for all G&SWR fans on 'Urban'. The original copper printing plate for the 10 Preference Stock shares issue in 1850. The image has been flipped horizontally to show the print otherwise you would see it in reverse.

Meant to post these photos a while ago .well a long time ago but sorry never got around to it .These pics are of the Hamiltonhill branch at Springburn Rd .Its basically the bridge that ran over Springburn Rd which was filled in at the Stobhill rd side when Ashfieild motors took over the site on the Stobhill rd side of the railway ,later taken over by a few supermarkets ,Kwiksave ,Somerfield and now at the moment Farmfoods, maybe missed a few .sorry. Anyway since these pics were taken the bridge has now been closed up on the other side .So these may be the only photos that exist before the bridge was closed on both sides ,i believe for strenghtening purposes . So if anybody feels they'd like to share or steal these pics (they're pretty boring actually)for any other wbsite knock yourselves out . Ive done it myself . FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY MIND
