I was in Ediburgh at the weekend and have hundreds of photos but can't get them loaded so it may take some time to post any but here are a couple.

I pass that big map of the tram layout every day In the city chambers square and cant help but think Big waste of cash.
Taxi Drivers Refer to it now as The Roadworks Map...
They have a point.

Never used ulead.... if you are using super to convert the file, have you tried turning the res up to something like 640x480?
It pains me to admit it, but Windows Movie Maker does the job and produces good quality wmv files. I used it for the demolition shots and uploaded them straight to flickr without hitch
