Hi james, thanks for posting those photos, I forgot all about the demolition, silly me
To think that they demolished loads of tenements in that area to build high rise and they never lasted as long as the old buildings.
There is a web site showing Pollokshaws as it was and it was criminal to have destroyed a community.

Hi All

Have i said before ?? I was born in Greenview street across from the bank building that's still standing.
We were moved out for regeneration of the area, less than 50 years its all happening again. Can't wait to see what they do 50 years from now
