tutti frutti on yatube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTBjLLCdSBc&NR=1

ah mind watchin it at the time, don't know how it stands up now, but don't think it's ever been repeated, VHS'd or DVD'd (iirc there's a campaign somewhere to get it released)

where else could you get robbie coltrane, maurice roeves, jake d'arcy, stuart mcgooghan elaine collins and richard wilson in one place?

oh, and emma thomson

by the by, does anybody mind the fuss about jimmy logan's bairns who appeared in it?
LowLight

I've got all 6 episodes. Rotten quality but it's the only way you're going to see them.

PM me if interested.
rotten milk

was it only 6 episodes? fcuk me, seemed like more

edit to first post, wasn't elaine collins, it was, of course, katy murphy

Was the song about the Clyde on that proggy?...or am I talking mince

From what I remember of it the strongest characters were played by Richard Wilson (Eddie Clockerty) and Katy Murphy who played  his torn faced secretary (Miss Toner) as they had most of the best gags.
It was a pretty lightweight comedy I just watched it to see if I could recognise bits of Glasgow just like I did with Taggart.

hey minxy

is that as in 'the clyde, the clyde, it's long and wide....'

some people seem to take extreme offence to this as it gives a 'bad view' of glasgow, i think it's funny and the slide guitar is wonderful!

I never watched it when it was on so I've never even seen it.

The reason it isn't on video or DVD is the BBC would have to pay royalties for
the use of the music in it. Various shows on DVD have had music changed and/or
scenes cut out for the same reason - Still Game, The Young Ones, Filthy Rich &
Catflap, etc...

Coming Out on DVD

It's to be released on DVD in June!   It's not cheap, mind you - but that'll be to pay for all the music!  I'll wait til it's in the sale....

Tutti Frutti

I don't know if anyone is interested but the whole show (good quality) is available to download from thebox.bz?? (You'll have to register)

Not that I would do such a thing but I have heard that it does go on all over the interweb.
cybers

We are all still waiting on the government telling us how we can download that fooking car they keep going on about.
