Hi folks, I  was asked to check up on a street in Springburn and while I was at it, I photographed all the old tenements I could find.

It looks as if someone's been working on it,as I didn't recognise it from the 2007 pic that had been posted previously.
Stuball

They've just put some scaffold around the top to hold it together.... looks like the roof has been fixed aswell. I looked into access last year but the inside is just too far gone
cybers

Started on that question and thought Stu looked at that last year when i asked and was about to ask you if you got much further...

One of the side windows was 'open' last year but the gap between the fence and window was dodgy with a long drop down and the drop on the other side of the window could have been just as bad
Alex Glass

I heard they were working on it and it currently isn't possible to access it because the floor had been ripped out.
dickyhart

a friend of mine got in last year, got in about three feet and nearly went through the floor, it was like walking on cardboard apparantly.
cybers

Would be nice if they removed the timber that would save the overall structure from the dreaded firebug.
Hopefully it shall be restored to to some sort of use soon !!!
norrie

Hi cybers, dont hold your breath, I cant see any cash being spent on this building, its needed money for years, the way things are just now, I dont think it will happen.
This will be another building that Glasgow City Council have let go to rack and ruin, VANDALS

Bye for now, norrie
