Spooky experiences

I know this has been done to death (har har) and is the main filler of late night talkradio when things are a bit slack, but between you lot you must have visited a few thousand old buildings, tunnels, and sites, have you ever seen anything spooky ?

I for one, no, not a sausage    I don't even get the creeps in old places, don't know if that's good or bad.
I was inspired to post this after reading some of the ghostly goings on down in the Subway.

There are two or three ghosts down in the subway ... just ask the track walkers or the station assistants/masters at St.Georges Cross.

Spooky place at night too, no matter where you are on the system.

Sadly no, I've never had any spooky experiences anywhere.

Well a couple of Christmases ago I was eating in a restaurant just off Sauchiehall Street called Viva Arriva or something just as stupid, and Jack MacLean walked right by us, complete with black fedora and everything

Every now and again my dear departed boss wanders by me in the depot...
It was quite unnerving at first till i found out i was not alone in it...
Though i like to think of it just as a flashback experience but it would make sense as the old bassa
would not go home when he was alive

Still missed by many in the place as he would listen to all gripes and try his level best to sort it all out...

Not many experiences except when I stayed in Craigend.

Metal blinds moving away from the window about 10 inches then slowly falling back into place.

Went to open the front door and seen a ladylike figure move between the two bedrooms (I thought it was my maw) I go in the house and there's no one in the two rooms and my maw is reading the paper in the living room.

Loud bangs, sounds of a lock being turned on the front door (top flat) no one there.

Me and my pal were hiding from my brother who was coming up the close stairs, I'm in a cupboard, he's in an another room. All of a sudden a catalogue on my bed sounds like the pages are getting turned at a very fast rate. My pal still denies to this day that he was turning the pages.

My maws bed being shook about.

The funny thing was I was only 12 when I moved to that house and I knew the old woman died in my room and not for a second did it scare me.

We found her ration book and passport under a carpet from about 50 years before too.

I still don't believe in ghosts though. I believe all those things happened to me but I don't think it was down to spooks.

I broke my knee when I was 10.

When I was 12 ( I think) I was walking tothe bus from School when my knee s burst into pain - really severe - I could not put any weight on it, or walk, or hop. Naturally being good school chums everyone else walked by got on the bus and left me behind.

Eventually I was able to get myself to the bus stop and onto 2 busses home - Arriving about 2 hours late.

My Dad was carrying my Mum out of the house to his work van. She had been standing on the cooker ( ! ) to do some painting and had slipped, fell off and broke her ankle.

At the exact same time my knee had collapsed.

Are you doubting my veracity?

It's on a back up drive I'll dig it out and post it

Right here goes

Two pics taken one after the other in 2001 on a Canon EOS 5 Sigma 24-70mm lens on wide aperture with Fuji Sensia 100 Slide film. I didn't spot this until I scanned them using a Nikon Coolscan V at hi res.

I thought it was an unusual cloud but there not in the first image which was taken seconds apart and the undersides are illuminated by the reflection of the snow. It's not dust as it's embeded in the film emulsion

pic 1 nothing there

pic2 Hmm what's this? There's a spec just to the right of the pic which was an aircraft departing Glasgow airport.

cropped from 100%
