Party at the Palace, Linlithgow Palace 23rd/24th May.Missed this last year but Ed and I made it along today, bit steep at £12 each to get in but very enjoyable and entertaining day.
Falconry display, unfortunately the first bird (a kestrel called Uist) was a bit tired and the second bird (a peregrine called Arran) took ages to fly, both times and on the second flight he decided to go exploring and got chased away by some gulls. When we saw the guy (Graeme I think his name was) at nearly the end of the day he still hadn't found him!

The on foot battle was probably the most entertaining part of the day, Clan rivalries were very amusing :)
