Thanks to stuball for contributing the panoramic image below. Whilst we have
limited disc space for this sort of stuff, any contributions will be considered.

Aspect ratio is 5:1, ergo panoramas are the best idea. 455px by 91px is the actual
size of the headers, but don't worry about that as we can reduce them to fit.
