Nice bit of railway history Darrel.  Whereabouts in Shandon can you access this? How's the condition underfoot?

Nice one D  I remember there used to be a bridge that went over the road and into the base, but I think it was removed as the peace campers used to use it quite a bit to get into the place.

there is a road from the main road that leads up to it look for the leval crossing gates the underfoot conditions are great
