It is a lot better than I thought and we had a great weekend. The weather was great as well.

We were away by then. Left after breakfast 
The accommodation here was excellent and the owner very friendly. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to spend some time in Callander.
We missed a couple of other friends on the Monday as well. Seems everyone was there after we left.

CallenderHi Alex, took my best ever brownie fishing just under the middle span of the bridge.Two guys in front of me fishing for salmon were not too happy when I cast a fly just behind them and took a trout from literally under their feet.Thanks for bringing back the memory.I kept a caravan on the Gart Caravan Park for a number of years,fished the rivers and lochs round there,and have many great memories of the area.Thanks again.
