Anybody remember the ETV piped French programs at school?Pattapoof?
Madame Slack?
Monsieur De Pont?
I went to Napiershall Street Primary and I remember five of us getting taken to the ETV Studios in Bath Street (in a Rolls Royce!) to record one of the episodes!
Anybody else remember the programs?

Probably one of the earliest instances of Cable TV in Glasgow Schools (circa 1965)

Do you know if these programmes were taped
Wonder if the Education Department kept them if they were taped
'65' is a little bit early for me to remember but I do remember seeing the French programmes at school slightly later

Yes,I remember them.We got them in primary 5 I think.
There were kids walking about patting other kids on the head saying
"Pattapoof" for weeks after!.

I'm surprised they weren't lifted by some crack squad from the social work suspected abuse team.
