Was looking at some of my old slides shot in the eighties and early ninties and remembered I had a thing back then for grainy pictures.. Bought a whole load of out of date Fuji slide film 1600 iso  that Jessops were selling at the time and was hooked
Have just bought Adobe elements and its amazing to say the least

Anyway thought it might be a bit of fun to try and create some shots Ive taken recently as if they were taken in the 60s or 70s


Norfork court flats from Gorbals st bridge



Same flats taken from Kingston street





The old stables on the Forth and Clyde canal just off Balmore road
in the north of the city



The Charles st flats in Royston with the Caly railway sheds in front

There are loads of different photo editing programs as you probably know..Bought Adode,s Elements on a recomendation from a friend and its amazing...bit expensive but worth it..and  I havent even learned how to use it..post more later...btw anyone else going to have a go ?

Had a wee bash at this in CS3...
Did some before but aged them to about the 1900's so it was a nice wee excercise revisiting the technique.
