Out for a run yesterday and visited these three abbey's.

We bought the pass that let you into five different places but we only managed three due to the time.

The two we missed were Smailholm Tower and Hermatige castle although we can use the pass the next time we are down there.

Jedburgh Abbey.

Dryburgh Abbey.

Melrose Abbey.

Those gargoyles i have almost the exact same shot....
The borders is a great place for a trawl around but you really need to be there for sun up

Jedburgh was the first one we went to mate and took up the deal for the five places.

Unfortunately Kelso wasn't one of them.........And as we didn't start until about noon we just ran out of time.

Next time though.
