Never been to Dunmore but it is now added to my todo list....
Have been to the Pineapple though it was a great place for a photo and i would have loved to have seen the interior of the fruit. _________________ MY FLICKR

Well I didn't know the pineapple was part of the estate, and yeah, dissappointed I couldn't get in to the pineapple, it looks like it's converted into some flats or something now. Dunmore Hosue was very tranquil, lovely setting. |

The pineapple is managed by The national trust for scotland on behalf of dunmore estates.
The pineapple is for let as holiday accomodation throughout the year...
Looks great in the winter as i imagine a big coal fire judging by the well camoflaged chimneys. _________________ MY FLICKR
